Report an Incident (click this link to begin report)
Please fill out an incident report if any of the following occurred during a SYBA game you umpired:
- Inappropriate behavior or conduct by a player, coach, or spectator that required action
- You were harassed, threatened, or physically assaulted
- A fight/altercation occurred
- Someone used obscene gestures or language that could be viewed as unsportsmanlike
- You ejected a player, coach, or fan for any reason
- A major injury occurred that required medical attention (ambulance, first responders, etc)
